(5) Rental Car Coverage only if: (1) A component fails and the component is covered by the CPOV 6-Year/80,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty, 3-Month/3,000- Mile Maximum Care Warranty or the New Vehicle Basic Limited Warranty; (2) The vehicle is inoperable because of the failure, and (3) The repairs take vehicle out of service overnight.
